Relieve Constipation with Aloe VeraAlmost everyone knows that aloe vera is great for use on the skin. It soothes pain, helps treat burns, and is often used in lotions. What most people don’t know is that aloe itself has many, many medicinal properties. In fact, you can even relieve constipation with aloe vera. Just think of the aloe plant as nature’s ancient wonder-drug. This little plant has so many medicinal qualities, it’s hard to believe that it can do so much. Many people keep an aloe plant in the house, for easy use in the treatment of skin problems. But the aloe plant can actually do much, much more. To use this plant to relieve constipation, all you really need is the bitter-tasting yellow juice that can oozed out from the inside of the aloe leaves. For the relief of constipation, this juice is usually dried. Spread the juice out on a piece of waxed paper or similar surface, and allow it to dry into a dried substance. Scrape this substance off; it will come off the paper as a powder. This powder can then be sprinkled in a cup of tea or water (though something with flavor that will help mask the taste is best). Remember, this now-powdered juice can be very bitter-tasting, and it’s not something that most people want to swallow straight. The flavor of the powder may linger even when stirred into a drink, so drink quickly. This juice actually works as a laxative – and a little goes a long way. Try a small amount first, and wait for a few hours. If you do not experience the expected relief, try another small amount. You can keep powdered aloe vera in a vial or medicine bottle. Store it in a cool place, away from direct heat and light. This way, you will have relief from constipation close at hand, and all because of the miraculous aloe plant. This plant is like Nature’s all-in-one medicine cabinet, it’s uses are so innumerable. Not only can you relieve constipation with aloe vera, you can use the juices and leaves of the aloe plant to relieve so many other problems of the skin and internal organs they’re almost impossible to list. As a beauty aid, aloe vera aids in softening and smoothing the skin, and even helps to cure the effects of acne. Topically, aloe vera relieves pain and helps heal wounds of the skin. Aloe vera treats other gastrointestinal orders when used the right way, as well, and even some ailments of the kidneys benefit from aloe vera treatment. When a plant is so versatile, it makes itself hard to live without. So why not use aloe vera for other ailments, as well as constipation and burn relief? It’s time that this remarkable plant’s reputation expanded. So don’t just talk about aloe vera, or just read about aloe vera – give it a try, for yourself. Give nature’s wonder drug a chance to perform, and relieve constipation or even reduce the signs of aging at your will. |
