Curing Headache with Aromatherapy

These essential oils can be helpful in headache:

Lavender
Camomile
Peppermint
Rosemary

You can add 12 drops of oil to 100 ml of a carrier oil and massage it into your temples, neck and up into the base of your skull and scalp. If you do this early enough you can prevent the onset of a full-blown headache.

Or steam inhale, using twenty drops of oil in 1.1 litres of hot water. If you have nausea with your headache, peppermint is really helpful.
