Rose Essential Oil

As I have already mentioned, this is one of the most expensive essential oils and is most used for its beautiful fragrance. It is an excellent anti-depressant, and very calming on the nervous system. I've yet to come across anyone who dislikes the aroma and effect of rose oil. Because of its cost, I wouldn't recommend the use of this oil in the bath. There are other oils you can substitute for it.

Depression

Inhale, or use in a carrier oil to massage the chest, neck and face.

Irregular periods

Mix in a carrier oil and massage the abdomen and lower back daily.

Very dehydrated, mature skin

Blend with sweet almond oil and massage the face and neck, or add a few drops to your night cream. Use rosewater as a skin freshener.

Insomnia

Put a few drops on your pillow, or dab a little under your nose before retiring. Note: This oil can safely be used on children.

-take 1 up of rice -wash it with cold water in an iron vessel -take the rice water in an iron vessel. -then boil it in the process of boiling add up -hibiscus leaves after wash and tear then into piecies -you can add amla crused ones. -add you lemon peel after wash -then there are certain ingredients which is available in north east only esp.manipur which is too be added for good hair but I dont think its easily available. boil the solution for 5 mins. -filter the boiled its ready for used after bringing it down to a certain temperature which is suitable for used. it is a very good grandma's beauty tips... wash your hair with and keep it for 5 mins n then rinse your hair with plain water you will feel good and your hair will be very soft. oil your hair that very night when you hav washed your hair with rice water and then keep it overnight. -next day you can wash yourhair with shampoo, and feel the difference. you dont nedd to used a conditioner either. - Submitted by abethi
