| To get rid of acne, never eat chicken meat, lessen eating of eggs, take vitamin C and vitamin E, eat more fruits and vegetables, drink a lot of water, wash face everyday with gentle cleanser for sensitive skin and don't eat too much peanuts, mayonnaise and other oily foods. | |
