| Hello People! I am 13 and I have freckles over my face. I have been teased about them sometimes but I just rise above it. I would really really like to get rid of them because I want to be an actress and having photo's close up on your face with freckles all over is not a nice site as I should know, and if anyone knows any remedy or something that does not invlove pain, please write down on here so I can have a look, bye bye! | |

| I also have plenty of freckles and I hate them as well ,I did find a product called Nadola its the strongest strength of hydroquine available. (I bought it in walmart for about $5.00) well worth it! They are fading and the best thing about it ,it has sunscreen in it :) to prevent more dreadful freckles :) I've been using it faithfully for about 1 month. | |

| I'm 14 and I'm sick of my frickles. I hate having to always cover my face with foundation, and having a sweeping fringe covering my face. ARHHHHHH !! I've tried lemon juice, that didnt make my freckles fade but instead made the surrounding skin lighter. I use fake tan and it helps cover them up a little bit... but then I look orange. So I'm orange, freckled, and emo-fringed. Gosh i can't even get my damn fringe to go straight! My straighteners are cursing out on me. So damn ugly... | |

| If you do get rid of your freckles they will not stay away, unless you stay out of the sun and/or use sunscreens, whatever the method you choose to get rid of freckles. I have a ton of freckles all over the sun exposed areas. I spent a lifetime trying to get tan and only burned myself relentlessly now I am at big risk of skin cancer and early signs of aging. My daughter has the same skin as I do, I have warned her and made her put on sunscreen and she still has beautiful, white, clear skin. I only wish white skin was acceptable when I grew up. Morganne, if you only have freckles on you nose and cheeks I would not worry to much about that.....keep sunscreen on your face....it is the best and only way to keep them away....Alitol DOES NOT WORK!!!!! I've tried. I would encourage all of the young people out there struggling with freckles to notice the pictures of models with freckles and very fair skinned celebrities these days. AND STAY OUT OF THE SUN....WHITE SKIN IS BEAUTIFUL... | |

| I paid $600 for a treatment to have my 13 year old son's freckles removed off his back because he kept bugging me about it. After 3 treatments the darker freckles left but the lighter ones are just a little lighter and he wants to continue till they are all gone. I dont know if they will really all dissapear. Does anyone know? | |

| My dad used to have freckles all over his face when he was young. I looked at his pictures when he was about 13 and they were scattered all over. Now he is in his 40s and he does not have any! He told me that they fade over time. I am 19 and mine are starting to fade too, so don't worry so much about those freckles. | |

| I have freckles and like everyone else, would like my complexion to be better, but really.. All the good things one can get out of life have nothing to do with the condition of your skin, kind of a comforting thought for me... | |
