A tattoo is a design that is made on skin. This is a widely growing trend among young people and one can get whatever design one wants to be made, rose, dragons, books etc.
To classify tattoos, there are two kinds, one is temporary and the other is permanent. Temporary as is being obvious by its name is the one that can be removed. Permanent tattoos are made with needles and the dye is being injected by puncturing the skin, and as is explained in the science books, the dye is being taken up by the cells under the skin, which are known as macrophages and that is why they are permanent, but there are techniques that are there to remove them, but there are no guarantees to that and it is very costly too.

Getting tattoos from professionals might be a bit expensive, but honestly speaking their care can prevent you from having highly infectious diseases such as hepatitis, AIDS, etc.
The needles with which the tattoos are made, puncture the skin for about 50 to 3000 times a minute, thus making it a painful process. The professionals know as to how deep they are going to puncture the skin, which results in an even and uniform distribution of dyes in the skin during the process of making a tattoo and this also determines the fact that as even the dye is placed into the skin, as easy it would be to remove the tattoo, as well as the choice of colors because yellow and blue are the most difficult ones to remove.
This entire process is an art. The person with most tattoos on his body lives in Scotland and his name is in the Guinness Book of World Records. That guy even has tattoos on his eyes and he has got himself a look of a leopard. Wow.
The process of getting a tattoo is painful, but the process of getting it removed is much much painful than that and results in a whole lot pain, with no guarantee that it will be removed successfully or not. As a standard the tattoos are removed by laser technology. So a person must think twice before getting a tattoo, as this would not only be painful but would be pretty costly too, as if anything goes wrong in the process of removing them that might lead to doctor’s visits and prescription medications.
