FACIAL BEAUTY:

Ingredients:

Fine cornmeal.
Cooled chamomile tea.

Procedure:

You need to mix one teaspoon of fine cornmeal with the cooled chamomile tea to form a gentle scrub. Then mix it gently for a few seconds and your scrub is ready to be applied. You can leave the scrub for a while so it gets a little thick consistency. Then gently apply the scrub on your face and leave it there for about ten minutes and then gently rub it off. After you rub your skin off, you need to gently wash your face with cool water. Remember, if your skin is sensitive then you do not need to apply the scrub.

HAIR TREATMENT:

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of olive oil.
Two teaspoons of fresh ground lavender.
Two peppermint teabags.

Procedure:

You need to take a small saucepan and add a 1/2 cup of olive to it, remember that you do not need to heat the oil, add two teaspoons of fresh ground lavender and then dry the contents of the two peppermint teabags. Now after all these ingredients are mixed, you need to massage these ingredients on your scalp while your hair are damp. You need to cover your hair with a shower cap and then sit in the sun with proper skin protection if your skin is sensitive to sun with the sunblock that suits your skin. Sit in the sun if possible for about 20-25 minutes. After that you need to shampoo and rinse your hair. You can repeat this treatment once a month so as to nourish and strengthen your hair.

Other Tips:

- You can use black tea as a hair rinse to darken hair and also to add shine.
- You can use chamomile herbal tea to bring out highlights in hair.
