How To Safely Use Hot Wax Hair Removal Kits

Getting rid of excess body hair for us women can be a problem. Unfortunately shaving is only a make-do, or temporary reprieve; what w really need is a longer term method. One method that is becoming increasingly popular is hot wax hair removal. Many people, yes men included, swear by this beauty system despite many newer methods coming onto the market.

Because there are so many hair removal products on the market now you may still be asking yourself why hot wax hair removal is still so popular. It is not a perfect system however, but overall the benefits outweigh the failings. Some of the newer approaches to unwanted hair removal are not as cost effective as wax removal. Shaving of course may be convenient but it’s not the most pleasant method, especially when you cut yourself.

The most annoying thing when you cut yourself with a razor is the fact that it will happen right before you have an appointment I think the poor guys have it worse though, having to shave everyday and still getting the 5 O’clock shadow, something that we girls don’t have to worry about if we use wax removal. Your hair also grows back thinner each time you use a hot wax hair removal process. So the more often I wax, the less hair returns which is fine by me; something a shaver cannot promise!

The razor on the other hand has the strange effect of ensuring you have to use it more often as the hair grows back quicker each time you shave. Hot wax hair removal had a bit of bad press because it’s portrayed as a bit painful but it’s not that bad. An alternative is the Epilady which is an excellent example of why wax removal is superior. This little torture device is straight from the Medieval ages. I got rid of mine after using it once, very, very briefly, I wouldn’t even let my worst enemy use it.

It was one of my old college friends who suggested I try hot wax hair removal, so I went along with her when she next went. I was so convinced I haven’t used any of the other uncomfortable systems since. It’s strange when you think about the poor reputation for comfort that wax removal has. However, this approach to removing unwanted hair really doesn’t, especially if you compare it to the alternatives.
