There are also nuts such as hazelnuts, pecans, and walnuts. Other foods such as cinnamon, ground cloves, and oregano are also a good source of antioxidants.

Before going out and choosing any foods that are rich in antioxidants, remember that there are different types of antioxidants and it is good for your youthful look and health if you eat foods that have various different antioxidants in it. By eating as much fruits and vegetables that you can on a daily basis, you will be including as much antioxidants in your diet as possible. Instead of buying fruit juice, ensure that you get a good juicer and make your juice yourself because that is the only sure way that you can be assured as to what is in it.
