How to Get a Paris Hilton Hairstyle

Not a day seems to go by that you don’t see Paris Hilton on the television. While she is constantly on the news for one scandal or another, she is also known for constantly wearing a new hairstyle. While her hairstyle may change one thing remains a constant with a Paris Hilton hairstyle and that is the blonde color.

Bleached Blonde Style

Most of the Paris Hilton hairstyles you will see on television is the blood color and very long hair. It would be a completely new style for Paris Hilton if you seen her switch to a darker hair color. Paris Hilton has even stated in multiple interviews that she likes being blonde and doesn’t want to change. She has been a blonde for so long is has become a part of her fashion statement.

Tips to Creating a Paris Hilton Hairstyle

No matter which Paris Hilton hairstyle you are looking to get whether it is straight or slightly wavy then you should always start by washing and blow drying your hair in straight strands or making them straight through the help of various styling aides. You can easily make changes and adjustment to the Paris Hilton hairstyle until you can find one that matches with your face shape and appearance.

Before you get into the shower it is a good idea to detangle your hair by working your way from the ends up to the roots. To smooth your strands it is a good idea to use a boar’s head brush. To get straight strands you should use a shampoo mix that works for your specific hair type, texture and length which will help increase your potential. In a clean plastic bottle you should mix your shampoo with lukewarm water and then shake it well to mix before using in your hair.

When you are in the shower wet your hair with lukewarm water and not hot water. Drizzle the shampoo mix you made on the top of your head and let it drizzle down your hair. Pat the shampoo mixture into your hair with your hands and do not rub. This will help keep your hair as straight as possible and also prevent additional breakage to your hair. Then you should rinse your hair until there is no shampoo left.

Next you should apply a rinse out conditioner that matches with your hair type, length and condition. Distribute the conditioner from the top of the ears down to the ends by using your fingers and wide tooth pick. Keep the conditioner on the strands for about ten minutes. Finish up your shower with a cool to cold rinse so that the cuticles will close which helps to add shine to your hair. To remove excess moisture towel blot your hair, but do not rub or ruffle hair that may be susceptible to breakage when it is wet.

Apply a leave in detangling or conditioner product to keep your hair soft and detangled after you use a smooth high quality comb or wide pick to brush you hair. It is also a good idea to add a heat protection spray on top of the leave in product. Separate hair into six to eight equal sections while working in a circular pattern and then clip in place. Brush each section individually with a flat, boar bristle brush while using a blow dryer that is directed from the roots down towards the end.

Once you have completely dried all the sections then you should apply a anti-frizz product to the middle and bottom ends of your hair to add more straightness. Oiliness will result if you get the frizz product near the scalp or root area of your hair. Any kinks should be removed with a flat iron to help add a straight finish.
