| My beautiful 12 year old daughter had been getting the occasional pimple before her cycle. In September, she began getting what looked to be signs of acne. Just nasty, stubborn, long lasting breakouts and nothing would work on. I ordered the Proactiv. It cleared up her pimples within days. She has been using it twice a day since with no break outs. As a matter of fact, I am actually shocked sometimes when she gets the occasional pimple because I am so used to seeing her face with a perfect complexion. Worked for her! I would recommend it for anyone! | |

| I used Proactiv for about 2-3 years. It worked moderately for a week or two but it just dried out my skin which made me break out even more. Every step in the system is way too acidic on the PH scale and for that reason does not balance the skin overall or for the long term. I would not recommend it to anyone wanting long term results. I started to see results when I changed my diet and started researching possible allergies, i.e. wheat, dairy, sugar. | |

| I have been using proactiv for a month now. I have never had acne but just pimples on my t-zone. I started using the productd twice a day as recommended, and my skin became so dry, i literally had dry patchs, and one of my teachers told me to drink more water because my face looked so dehydrated!! Then i startd getting pimples on my cheeks (which i never did!!) I was so upset and disappointd that I stopped using proactiv all together. I started using the mask on my tzone every second day (just on my t-zone) and it really made my forehead less red and non oily. Now I use the proactiv cleanser and "JOHNSONs" by milk wash*. Now your just going to have trust on me if you think "nothing morks" but johnson's baby milk wash is the best product. I have EVER used. It makes ur skin BABY SOFT and even if you have acne it will take away the redness by %90. I am pretty sure the product is sold world wide, and you can just by it in your local grocery store. so just put it on the shopping list and tell your mum to buy it!! Thanks for reading. | |

| This is the biggest waste of money ever.. I have never had such bad acne in my entire life! My face looks like a pizza! and I used this twice a day every day for one year. | |

| The ProActiv did not help my daughter. In fact,her face broke out worse. You can get similar products at Walmart that are much less expensive. I have not found anything so far that works. I have taken her to the dermatologist, but that hasn't worked either. She is currently using the tanning bed. This has helped more than anything else. | |

| I tried Proactiv. Here's what I have to say... It works great at first, but after the first few months, the results fade and the bacteria become immune to it, and you'll start to break out again. After an year of experimenting, I've learned to cycle with it. I'll use it for a couple of months, get off it for a couple of weeks, then return to it. I also use it with Clearasil's original cleanser, which I use first to free up oil and grime. For some reason, I feel this combination (combined with the cycling) gives me the best results. I also use Aveeno's oil free moisturizer (with spf 15) after applying the repairing lotion. My skin is now clear 90% of the year. Also, drink plenty of water since it helps to keep the skin hydrated. | |

| What is there to say? I tried many a different products and they ended up with empty promises compared to what they claimed. But when I tried the revolutionary product Proactiv, I saw and felt the real results. Although I do recommend to apply sunscreen over repairing lotion to minimize redness or peeling. :) | |

| I just ordered Proactiv but have not received it yet. I'm really hoping that it works for my skin because I have struggled with acne since I was about 13 or 14. It is very disturbing to have acne because it hinders your confidence. I know that confidence starts from the inside, but the outside is a big factor also. From what I have read and heard, I felt that Proactiv works 50/50. Some say that it's bad and others say it's good. I wish that people would stop sending reviews that say,"This product is horrible. So don't buy it!" It depends on your skin type and everyone has different skin. You will be hearing from me again once it works for me. I can't wait to try it! | |

| PLEASE READ IF YOUR SKIN IS EXTREMELY OILY. Proactiv's 3 step process DOES NOT WORK. The refining mask however does. After one month of no help from the 3 step process I luckily, finally found the refining mask. At first I followed the directions on the back. No change. Then one night when I was really tired I fell asleep with it on. In the morning I washed it off and noticed an extreme improvement in my skin. I continued applying it every night. Currently I have no acne because of the miracle refining mask. | |

| I'm 15 and I just bought proactiv two monts ago. I've been using it for 2 months, and my skin seems not even a little better. Before the 60 day guarantee ran out, I thought my acne would go away in less than a month since I heard all those good reviews that my acne isn't all that bad. Plus, this stuff makes your face become a lighter in shade than your neck since you scrub your skin twice a day when you use this stuff. | |
