My experience with Zenmed was not great! I put the cleaner on my face and immediately broke out into a rash. I phoned them as soon as I could and was told there was no one to take my call and that they would call me back. I figured no one would ever call so I started to write to the BBB. Sure enough, the phone rang shortly after and it was Zenmed. I explained my problem and they quickly gave me return info and a good way to get rid of my redness and soothe my skin. Their customer service is top-notch … you should try them out if you have acne.
