Make your own Skin Lightening Hand Pack

Ingredients for the pack

You will need the following:
2 tablespoons (30 ml) ground oatmeal
1 tablespoon (15 ml) plain yogurt
1 teaspoon (5 ml) good quality oil
2 teaspoons (10 ml) fresh pineapple, lemon, or strawberry juice

Procedure

Combine ingredients to form a paste and allow it to thicken for 1 minute. If too thick, add a bit of water to thin down slightly. Apply mixture to back of hands and allow it to dry for 15 to 30 minutes. Rinse with cool water. Pat almost dry and apply a good moisturizer or sunscreen.

Will be beneficial for : sun-damaged, dry, unevenly colored hands.

Usage: twice a week

Follow with: a good moisturizer with SPF protection (atleast SPF 15).

Preparation time: 5 to 10 minutes.

Result: Leaves hands soft and smooth. Regular usage will lighten and brighten the skin evenly.

NOTE:

1. Use spoon and small bowl to mix the ingredients properly.

2. Do not store. Mix enough quantity as required.
