I got a stye about 2 days ago and want it to go as soon as possible as I have got my prom in 3 days! Will it clear up by then? I tried putting a garlic clove over my eye lid and now it just stings! Is it meant to? Help!

How long does it last? And what about using eye drops and antibiotics?

Raisins may contain iron, but one box doesn't have that much of iron that it would make a difference. And I doubt if eating a box would clear a stye.

I have always used a warm wet tea bag so as to compress my stye. Also I eat a box of raisins since they are high in iron content. And I have heard that styes are caused by low iron levels. This has always worked for me.
